Please either bring the completed form to one of our registration days, or scan and email it to our Membership Director, Beth MacGibbon at macgibbonb@gmail.com.

For 2012, the subs schedule is as follows:

Senior men (over 18, working): $375
Senior women (over 18, working): $325
Senior players who are students/apprentices: $275
Under-18 players: $250
Social / Alumni: $100
Under-14 players: $375
Under-12 players: $300

You can pay your registration dues in person by cash or cheque on April 19th or 21st, or you can pay by credit card through Paypal. Select the appropriate fee option and click “Pay now” to continue.
