Hopefully everyone is staying safe and keeping themselves busy during these lockdown days – if you’re looking for a workout and some fun with you favourite club, look no further!


The club will be hosting online workouts for all Nomads run by Griffin Nykor (Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and fellow Nomad)!


This is open to all players, past/present, junior, senior, alumni and you’re free to include friends.


Details are as follows:


When: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6pm -> workouts start this Tuesday, Feb. 2nd @ 6pm

Where: A google meets link will be sent out to club members which will be used for all workouts.

Who: All Nomads! All sections, ages, past and present! Workouts will be anywhere from 30-60mins and will all be body weight based so you won’t need any additional equipment, but you’re absolutely welcome to use whatever you have and challenge yourself!
