Between a Fall Cup victory, back-to-back OWL finals, and multiple juniors playing up, the Nomads showed grit, skill and passion for the sport. Kudos to all the players, volunteers, coaches and fans who made 2023 such an epic success on the field!

This spring, we reached out to our community hoping to raise $30,000 to cover the cost of field rentals (it costs a lot to run a rugby club in the city these days!). Unfortunately, we were not able to make our goal. As a result, the club is facing a cash shortfall, and we’re urgently hoping to raise $10,000 to cover this deficit.

Let’s finish the 2023 season with a bang.

With these funds, we plan to book Lamport for the 2024 winter season (ensuring the club’s long-term access to the space), and continue investing in excellent coaches like John Peel — who was just named one of Rugby Ontario’s Coaches of the Year!

We have a deadline of December 31, 2023 to raise $10,000.
