Nomads Rugby is set to embark on the next phase of its proud 70+ year history, with a new home field at Eglinton Flats in Toronto’s west-end, guided by an exciting vision and club development plan.

Although the future remains uncertain, the prospect for a return to training in the near term is promising and hopeful for games by the Fall.

At this time we are seeking applications from candidates for various coaching roles within our Senior Men’s Rugby Program to be responsible for leading the Return to Play process for the remainder of the 2021 season but also with a vision of staying on in a longer term position into 2022 to advance the Nomads’ senior rugby.

We are looking for people with strong leadership, technical and tactical knowledge, but able to create a progressive program for safe return for athletes after being off for a significant amount of time.  This includes a focus on positive culture, enjoyment, a passion for rugby and the development to grow the game.

You will work alongside and be supported by our Men’s Director, Director of Rugby and Technical Director to help transition into these roles.

Please submit a covering letter of interest and your resume to directorofrugby@torontonomads.com by Thursday June 10, 2021 indicating your experience, qualifications, specialities (if any), on and off-field philosophy, style and aspirations.

Regards

Nomads Rugby Club

Director of Rugby
