Canada outperformed the rest of the Americas to win Gold at the 2019 Pan Am Games. In a one-sided final, Canada came out with the gold medal after their 24-5 winners victory over the USA.

The Canadian women and men were both Gold Medal winners at the 2015 Pan American Games on home soil in Toronto. Four years on the women successfully defended their Gold Medal, doing so in style. Nomads cheered as Asia Hogan scored a hat trick in the final game versus our southern neighbours.

Canada had a near perfect tournament as they were unbeaten and conceded just two tries in all of their matches.
