Gainline Africa's Uganda Coaching Tour – June 2015

This summer, share your love for rugby in Northern Uganda! Join Gainline Africa on their 4th annual Coaching Tour this June 2015. You and a small team will have the opportunity to travel to northern Uganda, where you will work closely with Gainline Africa’s community leaders to help facilitate their after-school rugby programs. During your two-week stay in Gulu, you will be paired with a secondary school rugby club and community leader to assist in coaching, training and will contribute to community activities as a mentor.

As a tour participant, you will experience Ugandan culture at a grassroots level, build relationships with Gainline’s Ugandan partners through a shared love of rugby and have the opportunity to explore the region through small day excursions and a safari in Murchinson Falls National Park.

Who is eligible:
Experienced rugby players (University, High School, Club) and coaches who believe in the power of sport and are keen on travelling to Uganda to work with youth passionate about rugby. Experience coaching or leading training sessions desired.

Where:The beautiful districts of Gulu and Kitgum in northern part of Uganda. 

When: The duration of the trip is 2-3 weeks in June. Exact dates are TBD. 

Cost: $3,000 approx. (Price may fluctuate due to flight costs)
