Nomad Kelly Russell wins Hong Kong Sevens with Canadian national team
The Nomads’ own Kelly Russell was part of the Canadian national women’s sevens team that won the Hong Kong Sevens tournament Friday, with a perfect 4-0 record.
After this victory, Canada will now move on to Guangzhou, China to prepare for next weekend’s third leg of the Women’s Sevens World Series. There, Canada will face Ireland, Japan and, once again, Australia in pool play.
