Nomads men’s 1st team with Stan Woodburn @ FF, Aug. 27, 2011

The Nomads senior men were honoured to play for the club`s most senior member, Stan Woodburn on Saturday, Aug. 27th at Fletcher`s.

Well-known at the Square as the long-time groundskeeper as well, over 60 of  rugby`s finest old boys and Fletcher`s faithful honoured Stan with a luncheon upstairs.

Unfortunately Stan`s beloved Nomads could not get it done on the field with a very impressive Lindsay first team prevailing 40-33.

Next up for the Nomads senior men is two games hosting the North Simcoe Dingoes on Sept. 10th.
