Senior Women

We field two teams in the Ontario Women’s League (OWL) filled with competitive and developmental players. We currently have national- and provincial-level players on our senior roster. However, we turn nobody away and welcome players of all skill levels. No experience is necessary to play. We’ll teach you all you need to know.

Our 1st team is the most competitive and plays against the other top teams in the province. Our 2nd team is still competitive with players fighting for a spot on the firsts, while also providing a safe space for anyone looking to try something new. We are very committed to getting game time for our players and to help everyone improve their skills, learn new positions, and gain valuable on-field experience. Although we have a wide range of skill and experience, we are one team and we train as such.

While we do take our rugby seriously, we also like to play hard off the pitch. Our club has a number of social functions throughout the year that you won’t want to miss!

With the Nomads, you’ll not only find a team that welcomes all that you have to offer, but a group of women you will soon be calling your friends.
