The Toronto Nomads takes pride in our core values, which includes, inclusion, discipline, integrity, passion, respect and solidarity.

However, we acknowledge that we have further to go to ensure that our club and sport is an accessible and safe space for Black and Indigenous people, people of colour, LGBTQ2+ people, and other marginalized groups.

Nomads Rugby is committed to anti-racism and equity work to ensure our club provides a safe platform for players, coaches, administrators, alumni, and supporters.

The Anti-Racism and Inclusion Working Group is comprised of representation from all levels of the club (e.g., senior women and men, youth, minis, and alumni) to ensure that the club’s policies, protocols, decisions, initiatives and communications are designed through an anti-racist, inclusive lens.
